A full eternity ring features diamonds set continuously around the entire band, creating an unbroken circle of brilliance. This design maximises sparkle from every angle and carries the symbolic meaning of everlasting love with no beginning and no end. Full eternity rings cannot be resized due to the continuous stone setting, so accurate sizing during your consultation is essential.
A half eternity ring features diamonds set across the top half of the band, with a plain metal section underneath. This design offers a practical advantage: it is more comfortable for everyday wear, can be resized if needed and sits more flush alongside engagement and wedding rings. Half eternity rings are our most popular choice for clients who want everyday wearability without sacrificing sparkle.
The setting style affects both the appearance and feel of your eternity ring. We offer several options:
Channel Set – Diamonds are held securely between two parallel metal walls. A smooth, snag-free finish that is practical for everyday wear.
Claw Set – Each diamond is held by individual metal prongs, allowing maximum light to enter the stones. The most brilliant option.
Pavé Set – Small diamonds are set closely together with minimal metal visible, creating a surface that appears encrusted with light.
Bar Set – Diamonds are separated by slim metal bars, creating a clean, modern aesthetic with excellent light performance.
