We welcome you to visit our workshop at the heart of London’s historic diamond district. Whether you are looking to commission a bespoke piece, browse our collections or discuss a jewellery repair, our team is here to help.
You will find us on the first floor at 62 Hatton Garden. Simon Lewis is a working workshop rather than a street-level shop, which means your visit is private and unhurried, and you deal directly with the people who will make your jewellery.
Because we are a working workshop, booking ahead matters. An appointment means a jeweller is free to sit with you properly rather than working to a deadline at the bench, and it is the best way to get the full attention your project deserves.

When you arrive at our workshop, you will be greeted by a member of our team and invited to discuss your requirements in a relaxed, personal setting. Unlike a traditional retail showroom, our workshop is a working jewellery studio where you can see our craftsmen at their benches and understand exactly how your piece will be created.
Bring whatever helps: photographs, sketches, a ring that fits, or an inherited piece you would like remodelled. If you only have an idea and no clear picture of it yet, that is perfectly normal and it is exactly what the consultation is for.
We will talk about budget openly and early. Bespoke pricing depends on your choice of metal, stone and design complexity, and we would rather establish the range at the start than design something that does not fit it. There is no obligation to commission anything on the day.

Our Hatton Garden workshop is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest Underground station is Chancery Lane (Central line), a two-minute walk from our door. Farringdon station (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Elizabeth lines) is approximately a five-minute walk. Limited meter parking is available on Hatton Garden and surrounding streets.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.
